US Customs Clearance

Bills of Lading
A bill of lading is a document that serves as title to your shipment, and allows the receiver of your asset to claim it on arrival. Bills of lading come in one of two forms. First, original bills of lading (OBLs) are physical documents that have to be sent to your shipment’s destination. Second, an electronic release (also called express release, telex release, or seaway bill) can be transmitted via email, and does not require original documentation to release your shipment. Preparing your bill of lading is always included in our service.
Export Licenses
When purchasing items from a government agency or government surplus auction, it is often necessary to apply for an export license to allow your asset to be exported out of the United States. This process is handled through the US Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security. Our team is well versed in preparing export license applications, and we minimize the time needed for your application to be processed. Export license applications take 2-4 weeks for approval, and are not included unless expressly noted in your quote.
